Dr. Neill is originally from northern New Jersey. He graduated from Montclair University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1978. Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry was completed in 1982 earning membership in the dental honor society. The next year he completed a general practice residence at Yale–New Haven Hospital. He came to the Adirondacks in 1983. He enjoys spending time with his wife Debbie, two children and two grandchildren as well as skiing, tennis, and playing golf. A Saranac Lake resident, Dr. Neill particularly enjoys the creative aspects of practicing dentistry as well as the opportunity it provides to interact with a broad range of people. He is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Society and the Adirondack Dental Society.


Dr. Small moved to the Adirondacks in 2006 and has been a member of the team for over 10 years. He earned his undergraduate degree from Hunter College in 1985 and his dental degree from Georgetown University in 1989. He appreciates the diversity of solutions that general dentistry and group practice provides for his patients. With dentistry, it’s great to be helping people achieve optimum dental health and at the same time create beautiful smiles. Dr. Small came to the Adirondacks for the fresh air, big mountains and lakes, and for the four seasons of healthy living. He enjoys skiing, soccer, hiking and golf. He believes that the Adirondacks lends itself to healthy lifestyles and it has been a pleasure to be living and practicing here. He lives in Saranac Lake with his wife, and four children. He is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Society and the Adirondack Dental Society.

Sharon, our receptionist and appointment coordinator is a native of Saranac Lake and has been a member of TLC Dental team for 13 years. She is a graduate of North Country Community College and loves the small town setting here in the Adirondacks. Sharon loves to interact with our patients making sure their dental visits are a great experience. She is an accomplished artist, has a beautiful garden, and will often be seen biking around Moody Pond. Sharon and her husband Dick of 34 years have two daughters Rachel and Laura, Binx and Hope the cats and their dog Bear.

Mary, a certified dental assistant, is a native of the Tri-Lakes. She worked as a nurse’s assistant at Uihlien Mercy Center for five years gaining valuable experience in patient care. She came to Tri-Lakes Center for Dentistry in 1998 and has been a dedicated TLC Dental team member of 18 years! Her attention to detail and confident and caring manor makes her patients feel very comfortable during dental procedures. Mary and her Husband Dave are avid bikers and runners spending most of their weekends competing and helping at races and events. At home they enjoy their two cats Emmie and Peno.

Lori is originally from Massena, NY. Lori moved to Saranac Lake in 1987 to attend Paul Smiths College and graduated with an A.A.S. in Forest Recreation. She loved the Adirondacks and wanted to stay in the area. Working for 20 years with Nori’s Village Market, enabled her to do that. Specifically, she was the manager for six years and the co-owner for fourteen years. Lori is currently enrolled with Monroe Community College Dental Assistant Certification Program. As a dental assistant at TLCD for one year, she enjoys interacting with patients and learning a new profession.
Lori lives on the Saranac River with her husband Bernie, along with Baxter and Smileyface, her two Maine Coon cats. You can find her hiking, rock hounding, cross-country skiing, gardening and reading. Lori lives to keep healthy by incorporating whole foods, exercise and a positive outlook into her daily life.

Cynthia, our dental hygienist, has been with our practice for 31 years! She received her degree from the University of Vermont and moved to the Adirondacks in 1976. Her two adult sons, Abe and Austin, live work and play in Colorado and she had a wonderful marriage to Richard for 33 years. Cynthia loves yoga (she is a reiki master and meditation guide), paddling, downhill and X-country skiing, hiking and camping. Her hobbies include decorative painting and rug hooking. Her love for the Adirondacks, the community, the lakes, the mountains and the people makes her a perfect fit for our office. With her yoga background, she will have you in a perfect state of Zen during your appointment.

Suzan, our dental hygienist was born in Montreal, raised in Quebec City and received her degree from John Abbott College. She is fluent in French, is both a US and Canadian citizen and has been living in Saranac Lake since 2003. Besides her degree in dental hygiene she is also a fish and wildlife management technician. She has an adult son Alex and 3 cats Bijou, Onyx and Pooks. She is an ice palace volunteer, hockey fan, and enjoys skiing and skating. Suzan enjoys interacting with and providing care for her patients. She has been with our practice for 12 years and gives our office an international flair!

Andrea, our dental hygienist, came to the Adirondacks via Brooklyn, NY. She received her AAS in health science in 1999. After moving to the Tri-Lakes area, she has made many friends volunteering for the Iron Man and other local events. "When I am not traveling, I enjoy a quiet life with Michael and our dog Peppe in our lovely home here in Saranac Lake". She enjoys winter, travel, photography and rock concerts. Andrea is proud to be a New Yorker but she secretly wishes she lived in Italy! She has been with our practice for 15 years.

Jessica - is a certified dental assistant and has been working at Tri-Lakes Center for Dentistry for 14 years. I enjoy working with people and creating health smiles. I have been a long time resident of the Adirondacks and love the small town feeling. I have a great husband, 3 wonderful children, and now I have become a full time hockey mom.
